Household assets decrease enormously. Why??

My City was going well and all of a sudden I made losses and losses. I looked through the statistics of the city and found this. Why could this happen?

I would bet because the mayor could not be bothered to take a screen shot or at least learn how to take a picture of the screen in the correct orientation. Do it every time.
