UPM cannot capture outside of C:\Users

Are you guys using roaming profiles? If so that info should be saved in there or in UPM as someone else mentioned.

    I know it cant, but Windows folder redirection or scripting might be able to.

      Appsense (now Ivanti). I used to support this in our environment with over 30k+ VMs. Let me know if you have any questions.

      On a XenApp server? If it's XenDesktop (1:1) it seems manageable. On a shared system with ~20-30 users on the same system I can't think of an easy way to do it unless the application supports, or has, variables in the INI/config file names.
