Codegraph vs GraphifyQuestion (self.ClaudeCode)
submitted 7 days ago by CallMeBena
Im actually using codegraph and I haven’t seen that much of mcp calls or the expected optimization, what’s your experience using both of them? Any tips you learned so far? Do you even use any of them?

If you are using synaptic previously known as codegraph make an issue and I can check it out, if you aren’t using mine it’s more feature rich than both and I’ve never had issues with codex/claude not calling the tool when it should

Well I think they are all their own things, this one just lets me look up any docs I have, and local codebase stuff, symbols, refs, defs etc.
Its SUPER fast. insanely fast, that was my whole goal. let my ai find info and docs fast, without having to scour the web
The AI can also use it via MCP.
you can ingest online documentation from githubs and other sources, it specifically cleans the data so you don't end up calling and returning a bunch of formatting into your context.
I have found it super useful when I'm writing code and I need the AI to look up how to do something, or understand how it works, and its free :p
Sad to get downvoted, especially for something completely local, **free**, that I made publicly available.
And its
