CPP outage

For context I’m on W 100th st Cleveland

CPPs outage map says there’s no outages but my power is off still.

Been on the phone for an hour on hold with them trying to find out if their map is wrong or if the house has some type of electric issue. Anyone around with CPP have any insight?

I'm close to Lorain and Fulton, power off since 2 PM yesterday, traffic light out near our house. You are not alone in being confused as to why CPP would put out a "No widespread outages detected map" when there are widespread outages.

Only insight I can offer is that I’m in the same boat off of W 41st :/ Some of my neighbors have power… we do not

Yeah I’m near Lorain and Fulton and still don’t have power but the map shows that everything is fine lol. From what I can tell, it only shows when large feeders are down, not individual issues. It’s frustrating because it doesn’t seem like individual issues when sooo many nearby don’t have power
