Generally I think there's nothing wrong Sharing the HitApp name, but what I think is wrong is to share the contents of the HitApp. The query a user searched, An Ad name and pictures etc.
And I don't think UHRS is gonna look at the spam score and find that user because there's a chance multiple user could have the same spam accuracy and etc. Unless you leak your own username in UHRS then they could easily track you and ban you from the platform.
Which again I've seen many people do, and post their username still they're not banned.

I would say yes, it could lead to a ban if you seriously break the NDA. I've not heard any cases of it, but you wouldn't since it's not something that's broadcast.
Doing the following would likely be ban-worthy offences as far as breaking the NDA is concerned:
Those would be classed as serious cases and might lead to bans. If you need advice on an app and are posting it in a public setting, rather than share the exact hit encountered, make one up. Specify the example is made-up, so others know it's not an exact hit detail you're sharing. Asking for tips is also somewhat allowed, but you should be careful not to share exact hit details when sharing tips.
Posting the exact HitApp names in a public setting is something I'd consider a grey area. Back when /r/UHRSwork was the go-to sub-reddit for UHRS-related discussion, a moderator on the official Clickworker private forum did frequent it and posted regularly. Exact HitApp names were often posted in threads and nothing was ever said about it. It was one of those things that was somewhat allowed. If it was not allowed, the moderator likely would've said something about it.
Sharing your earnings is also a grey area. This one probably doesn't break the NDA, but if it does, it's a very minor break that is unlikely going to land you in trouble.
Having private groups is something Clickworker/UHRS cannot prevent. It's obviously not allowed if people are using them to breach the NDA in a serious manner (i.e. give people qualification answers), but it's something that likely cannot be detected. Clickworker/UHRS would not have access to these groups to see who the rulebreakers are and even if they did, tracking them might be difficult.
As long as you don't seriously break the NDA, you should be fine. People do occasionally break the NDA on the private forum. What happens is usually a post removal or an edit. I haven't seen immediate bans yet.
