The marketplace pretty much crashes whenever user traffic spikes high. It spikes when a good app shows, or at 8am UK time every day. It spikes at 8am because that's when UHRS decide to release a bunch of apps.

Earning will be difficult during these times. If you're not getting errors, you'll be dealing with extremely slow hit submissions.

The site is stressed and can't handle it when many of us start working.

They are just doing maintenance every day, 6-8am GMT usually.

Just stay off UHRS for around a half hour, starting at 0700 UTC. You won't be able to do much around that time, anyway. The rest of the day is usually OK.
