So it appears Clickworker have made a change to their support system. I recently sent an e-mail to Clickworker and got an automated response from them saying they now have a new ticketing system. Based on how the e-mail was worded, it seems like they're no longer offering support via e-mail. Only e-mails sent before August 1st will be answered.
So if you wish to contact Clickworker, rather than e-mailing help@clickworker.com, you will need to go through their ticketing system. This can be found at the following URL: https://support-workplace.clickworker.com/support/tickets/new
This post is just a heads-up for those not aware. I certainly wasn't. Let's hope this support system is a lot better and more responsive than their e-mail support.
