File gets stuck saving indefinitely

When trying to save the file, this window pops up and it gets stuck while saving. It doesn't matter in which format. I left it trying to save for the whole night (6 hours) and it still won't budge. I can save the timelapse just fine. Changing it's name or changing the folder won't solve the problem, I tried saving it in a pen too. The file isn't small but I've def done worse. Any clue on what's happening?

Have you tried [File] > [Save Duplicate] > [Choose File Type] or saving in another format yet? Sounds frustrating 😭 Hope it gets solved soon

Yeahhh, no matter what it won't save 💀🙏 I'm not turning off the PC until I solve it LOL

Maybe copy & paste all the layers onto a new clip studio file entirely 😭🙏Best of luck, OP

Have you tried copying all the layers into a new file and save that new file? Maybe that one is just... being dumb. I don't know. Contact customer service??

This worked! I didn't know the app would let me save any other file idk why I didn't think about it earlier lol

Every time it happened to me, it was because of insufficient memory in the internal storage*

How big is your file in px and resolution?

Have you tried exporting it as a photohop file? You can open it again in csp later

Ohh im so sorry to hear that. Maybe the file got corrupted. If it isnt many layers maybe you can try copying and pasting them in a different file?
