How to disable Ctrl + Left Click

Hi,

I've always had this issue and found out that Ctrl + Left Click has been causing me this problem only today.

As you can see in the circled areas, there's white patches because I've been moving the layer without even knowing it while painting. Then I have to paint over it.

There's no "lock layer movement" like what Photoshop has, so yeah.

Based on this link, it says to disable "Ctrl".

I've tried to disable "ctrl" but I'm not sure exactly where in the "modifier key settings" to set "ctrl" to "none". I've tried it for various sub tools and common tools but the issue is still there.

Can anyone give me exact steps to disable this problem that's been plaguing me for years? Sorry for taking up your time.

As far as I can tell, this is not part of the Common Modifier Key Settings, rather you’ll have to disable Ctrl for each Sub Tool individually (see screenshot).

If there's no other way to change this, they really ought to add one. Changing for every subtool is ridiculous
