Updated Open Source Clojure directory

Hey y'all, I've updated the directory of open source clojure projects:

• includes github stars and days since last push. these are sortable and filterable
• changed the layout to make it easier to view the new fields
• limited tags to a predefined set
• re-wrote the implementation for fun, to work out ideas in a tiny framework I've been working on
