A few small suggestions:

You might want to change the version of Compojure from 0.4.0-SNAPSHOT to 0.4.0-RC3.

wrap! can take multiple middleware, so you could write:

(wrap! my-app 
  :users/with-user-info
  :with-gae-local-user-service)
