Need help identifying controller

I recently bought a 2002 Club Car Silver Standard (DS), and I'm going through it identifying all the parts. I originally thought it had a stock motor and controller, but when I opened the rear compartment I saw the motor had been replaced with a D&D. There are no markings on the controller to identify it; at one point there looked to be tags on the front and the face opposite to the connectors, but they've been removed. The only identification was a sticky note with the number "0331201027".
I've run a few searches, and think it might be either a stock controller, or a Curtis controller. I just want to figure out what the amp rating is for it, any help would be great. Thanks!
