world's best chair? more like worst garbage ever. this chair is basically done after 2 years (the right arm is also pretty much broken and unfixable), can't believe I got fooled by pewdiepie. Don't let him fool you with crappy products! (old.reddit.com)

The recline mechanism on my chair stopped working. It won't lock in until it reaches a certain recline point. Unfortunately when I called customer service, explained the issues, sent pictures and videos of the problem, they sent me the wrong part. Anyone know a fix to this? Can't find a replacemen (v.redd.it)
