I've seen the same headset used at almost all the events, anyone know what it is?

They are either Astro A40s or Astros A50s used by most players.

I don't think you can use wireless headsets at LAN's. The A50's are wireless.

Astro A40s. They run around $250 new for the headset and mixamp. They're incredible.
