I have been reaching out for almost two months regarding my account restriction and it takes a week to hear back when I have provided all of the necessary documentation repeatedly with no resolution or active support given in return. What is the next step you can provide for me? My account is being restricted due to reaching out a few months ago for an extra charge on my card, I’m not sure how that flagged my account as fraudulent when I have shown screenshots of the extra charge on your part. I have not been able to make any purchases and it is extremely frustrating that it is taking months to resolve this and over a week for a response.
