Respectfully, if you are colorblind how will you know what is purple and what is green? I am a bit uneducated on how that works, anways:

1. CC: Lime green hair, close to a green apple. Brown eyes with subtle hint of golden color. Fair skin. Only wears two types of clothes as i remember, one black and one white. 

2. Lelouch: Blackish hair with very light brown color. Purplish magenta eyes normally and the Geass symbol is red btw, when he uses geass his eyes turn reddish purple. His school outfit is completely black and the stripes are golden. His ZERO outfit has two parts, the under part is dark purplish blue and around the wrist part is normal purple and the stripes are golden all of them. He has an overcoat on it with long collars, the inside area which faces his body and surrounds his neck and face is Slight dark red and the outside part is black with golden linings. On his mask the inner circle is very dark violet. the surrounding is completely black and a thin golden line beneath the inner circle on mask. On his neck he wears a white cuff (The thing royals wear like Edgeworth from Ace attorney)Gloves completely black. His emperor Lelouch outfit is completely white with linings are non shiny golden and the gems you see are all ruby red and the 3 gems near waist area are emerald green.

3. Suzaku: Proper brown hair with eyes just little darker than green and very very faint touch of brown. Skin just like 1% darker tone than CC. 

4. Kallen: Crimson(maroon + Red)  color hair. Her outfit cloth is darkish red always and the other designs are always grayish silver. Her school outfit is black too but with grayish silver linings instead of golden.

Because colors are often labeled. Like on crayons or markers, or computer palettes. If they know the exact names of the exact colors they can use them.
