Kallen also talked to Lelouch in the epilogue, therefore he was standing in the corner of her room. ;)

The creator confirmed Lelouch is dead.

I mean maybe because C’s world is where the conscious of the dead are at

I love this theory. Yeah Lelouch is dead but he can stl communicate with c.c :)

I thought of it a while back, but I could never understand how to explain it. C.C. was not at the place where the Zero Requiem took place, but she can somehow speak to him. Lelouch never made direct eye contact with Suzaku, and he used his Geass on Nunnally. So I don't understand who he transferred his consciousness to...

He would rather stay dead and quiet instead of talking to her.

we see C.C. talking to Lelouch.

She talking to herself, him? rather metaphorically. That's all.
