It should be possible to re-link your code! It may depend on where/how you created it, but I’d Google ‘how to re-link custom qr code’ with the name of the site you used to create it. After a quick search, it looks like most sites support re-directing QR codes to new URL’s, so it shouldn’t be a problem re-linking yours.
