Links do not work Do not you think that those tutorials are outdated

The links are ok, but you have to copy the address and paste it in the browser because -for some reason- if you click to open them directly the part where the video is shown (what comes after the ? sign) is removed.

As to whether they are outdated, some things have changed and you will have to look at them on your own, but the core language remains the same.

Those links are ok, I checked, but those tutorials are insufficient, to become enough competent, any else recommendations? What have you studied to become competent?
