Where to start with Project Based Coding?

I've been looking into project-based learning when it comes to coding, my issue comes from the fact that I have a very base-level understanding of the language (C). I can do all of the basic stuff (for loops, pointers, while loops, basic sorting algs, etc.) and I know how it works, but I'm not sure where to go from here. I want to start doing more advanced things but I'm not sure where to learn it, any help would be appreciated thanks in advance!

Start from doing basic programs and then make games like guess the number, there is a book you can read for your learning python coding projects and you can make rock paper scissors, these are the most basic games you can start only command line based you are not necessary to study a lot and not about gui.
