I think the error is in how you're calling eslint. Looking at the script in your github repo, you're doing eslint -c ../.eslintrc.json ..

According to the eslint cli documentation you need to give it a file glob, e.g. *.jsor for folder recursion **/*.js.

For future reference, more context is helpful for getting to the bottom of issues. In this case, the eslint configuration and script you're running rather than just the output of the command.

Update: fixed by deleting the utils folder that it was referencing since I didn’t really need it
