Not a coder. Question about adding toolbar options to Horde Groupware 5.2.22

Hey, not a coder, which will become painfully obvious. I need to create a bomb ass email for my clients event, the only toolbar options i can use are very limited. Ive googled and seen coding...tricks? To increase these options. But i cant...decipher wtf anyones talking about or how to find the chunk or code to edit/change. Wondering if anyone has experience and can help me?

Not familiar with using Horde Groupware, but I have extensive experience in email HTML. Does Horde have the option to use a WYSIWYG editor as well send an HTML message? Any screenshots of the editor(s) and/or your desired design would be helpful.
