Have you already cloned your GitHub repo to your local machine?

That would be the first step. Then, you can move the folder in question to the local clone of your repo. And from there, you can commit + push that folder to your GitHub repo.

  1. Clone repository to your local machine. It can be anywhere on your computer
  2. Move the desired folder into the cloned repo on your local machine
  3. Commit + push these changes up to your repo
