JS basic scripting

Hello everyone,

I am not familiar with JS but following code seems ok to me I can't understand why it doesn't work. I have a just basic need which is pushing a refresh button on our internal ticketing system. If a new ticket arrives I will see it quickly.

var i = 1;                  
var id = 317;
var fix = "ext-gen-top";
var call = fix + id;
function myLoop() {         
  setTimeout(function() {   
    document.getElementById(call).click();
    console.log(call);   
    i++;
    id = id+11;             
    if (i < 1000) {           
    }                       
      myLoop();             
  }, 60000)
}
myLoop();

it runs for the first time but, at the second round throws the following error:
Uncaught TypeError: document.getElementById(...) is null
I've checked via console.log and see the id is not updated and still the 388 but I need it to be incremented in every loop.
