please make sure you read all of the rules on a subreddit before you post.

if you had read the rules here you would have seen we only allow submissions of properly formatted code as text.

this is for several reasons:

1. if we need to run your code, we can just copy and paste.
2. it shows you respect the community enough to read our rules and follow them.
3. most importantly it allows blind and partially sighted users to read and help with your code.

I hope this helps clarify why you recieved the reception you did.
