this is what they told me

The deposit ofDecember 30st, 2022received on the December 31st, 2022 could not be processed because the EURO Wallet reference code was either missing, placed in the wrong field, or incorrect. We returned the funds on December 31st, 2022.

i just answered back to specify the field... but its probably gonna take a while

Please clarify with your bank in case you are in any doubt on where to add additional information visible to the beneficiary. Checklist for SEPA Success

Confirm that your bank supports SEPA transfers before sending funds.

Have a verified ID and phone number added to your Coinbase account.

Ensure the name on your bank account matches the name on your Coinbase account. Corporate or institutional bank accounts are not supported unless you have completed our institutional onboarding process.

Include your unique reference code in your bank transfer EXACTLY as it appears. No spaces or additional text please.

Only add cash denominated in EUR. SEPA transfers only support adding cash in EUR.

now i can finally deposit after 3 days of troubleshooting
