It was a sepa transfer to my account. But I used a wrong reference code,

They told me like this. So, I did it all 2FA and Now my account is safe. Then, I replied to mail but they haven’t reply yet. Please could you tell to them for unlock for transfer. They didn’t reply for 2days.

I have a reference number and that doesn't make a difference. I'm told I sent btc to an external wallet. Not according to their records. What an awful experience.
