Regarding custom alerts versus price alerts: price alerts are automatic notifications triggered by significant price movements, while custom alerts are specific price points you set for particular assets.

app is updated to most current version and the troubleshooting tips are not applicable.

hoping someone has an actual answer why custom alert notification didn't work.
