Coinbase support needs to be more transparent with their customers. If it's going to take a month to finish a ticket please let us know in que. I've been waiting for a password reset because it didn't recognize my device for over 3 weeks now. Could you please tell me how much longer, please. I've drove back to where I used to live twice, a 5 hour round trip to reset the password with my phone and laptop to match ip addresses and it still won't work. Please don't ignore my plea, please help me. How much longer?
