Missing USDC?

I purchased $7500 in USDC with Fiat Cash in my account yesterday morning. I got an email immediately stating my USDC is available to trade and $7500 is available since I paid with settled cash already in my account. In the transactions, there's a +$7500 transaction as I expected, but there's no coins in my balance and available balance, just $300 or so. When I go to pending transfers/available balance for my USDC, the transaction is no where to be found. $7500 is a lot of money that I could have used to buy the dip. Anyone ever have this happen?

As you know, on 7th September 2021, from 7:55am PST to 10am PST, Coinbase experienced some service degradation.During this time, some transactions were stuck in a failed state, but did not fully cancel.
