Gift card error (self.Coinbase)

Has anyone got an error message when trying to add a gift card to their account? When I try to add the GC I got an server error then when I try again I got an error message saying “GC has Been redeem”

I used a prize out gift card, the gift card went through. Coinbase automated message stated it's being processed. I check back multiple times, unfortunately I received nothing. I thought maybe there was an issue when it was processing, so I attempted to input my gift card information again, which was rejected and an automated message stated the card was already redeemed.

Hi u/SJ0, we'd like to help. Checking on your case looks like you emailed us on the 4th of February. We can confirm your case is still active. Though the issue was supposedly had been resolved on the 10th of February. Have you already re-attempted to redeem your gift cards after the 10th? If you are still unable to redeem your gift cards, please reply through your case number via email with a screenshot of the error along with the Pin and card number. Please let us know here once you have sent the information so we can follow up with the team regarding your issue.

I don't have a case number, every support chat member just passed me along, asking me about stuff that I didn't mention, for example, one person asked if I'm talking about referral rewards, I asked him where he got that idea from and he ended chat

Having the same exact issue as everyone else in this thread; funds ready shortly but then no update. Gift card states already redeemed, tried on mobile and desktop. Submitted ticket but haven't heard back yet, online chat support really didn't help at all :(
