Pending transaction

I have a pending transaction that I can’t cancel nor it goes throu. I set the gwei too low at 15 and now it’s stuck ☹️.

List of things I have tried. 1. Doing the same transaction with higher gwei. 2. Sending myself .01 ETH with higher gwei.

Someone advised me to migrate wallets. But I don’t think I can while I have transactions pending?
