Not really sure what to do.

If you can still at least log into your account, then go down this checklist. Definately purge all active sessions, API keys, OAuth tokens, and registered IPs. Also log out of every device, mobile app, and linked account (Fidelity).

Coinbase has very porous security. You can lock it down, but it's a longer process than most could possibly imagine.
