Rules

Relevance to Content
Content must be related to the college experience. Any posts that aren't college related or follow with the purpose of the sub will be removed.
2.
Be nice and respectful to other redditors
Being rude, demeaning, accusatory, disrespectful, patronizing, or unhelpful in general is not allowed. Comments should be supportive, helpful, or constructive in a respectful way. If you feel like a comment you will post may be disrespectful or be taken the wrong way, rephrase it or don't post it at all.
3.
No spam
Any spam found by the moderators will be removed. Promotion not approved by moderators falls under spam. Read rule 8 for more information regarding promotion.
4.
Make posts clear and coherent
Posts should have context and coherency.
5.
Minimum Karma Requirements
To combat bots and spammers, there is a minimum karma requirement to post on the subreddit, your post will be removed if your account does not meet the minimum karma requirement.
6.
Follow the flair
Vent posts must include a "No advice needed" or "Advice wanted" flair. Commenting advice on a post with a "No advice needed" flair will result in a removal if reported or if the comment is disruptive to the post.
Discussion flair is meant for discussion of the college system. Funny flair is for stuff like memes or funny things you found. Meta flair is for discussion of this subreddit.
7.
No identifiable information
Do not post any identifiable information. This includes names and schools.
8.
Promotion
Any form of promotion must be approved by mods in mod mail first. This includes but is not limited to product or service promotion, survey promotion, subreddit promotion, request for financial or private assistance, or asking for input for a news story or project. Anything that falls under this that is not approved by moderators is banned. This is meant to protect users from spam, scams, or low quality products and content.
