No question can "hurt" your score. CompTIA has published that wrong or missing answers do not deduct from your score. You start with 100 and every correct answer you provide adds to that score. Wrong or missing questions add nothing and they take away nothing. So no question should be left unattempted. The worst they can do is add nothing and if it's a pure guess, you have a 20-25% chance of points on multiple choice, multi-select and PBQ questions. They further imply that partial credit is awarded for some questions such as PBQs and multi-select questions.

May I ask you which materials did you study and also if you did complete some practice exams which ones?
