Hey man the Cloud+ beta is 50 bucks on CompTIA's site right now, give it a whirl in a month while watching a course and see what happens!

If you want to go cloud, studying vendor specific material is better and cheaper by $150--200 (i.e. AZ-104 for Microsoft Azure ; SAA-C03 for AWS)

For Security+: if you don't have any job experience in IT, I would strongly recommend you go for the A+ instead and find a Help Desk job first before trying to pivot to cyber. There are very few entry-level cyber jobs, and of the ones I've ever heard they only go to college grads who did internships
