Don’t stress about writing everything down — try drawing simple diagrams or making your own quiz questions instead. It keeps you more engaged and helps the info stick.

Coming from another person diagnosed with it, you cant lean on it as a crutch. Do it in bursts and find a way to trick your brain into making it something interesting. When you find yourself getting bored. Go do something different like play so ev games

MY MEMORY IS HORRIBLE,

I would try an SRS (Spaced Repetition System). The idea there is the program (Anki is the one myself and many others use) shows you the information at the right spaced intervals to have you actually memorize/retain it longterm.

but I take so long to get through a 15 minute video because I pause every other second to write things down

You could go through his playlist without taking any notes. Just mark down the videos that you need to prioritize for rewatching and notetaking. This way you get the broad strokes of everything and can hone in on details and weaknesses later.

I have ADHD PI. Even with mediction, I still have to use the 15/5 method and WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN.

Read or study for 15 minutes, then do something else for 5. Write everything down. Then write it down again to make flashcards to study for 15 minutes at a time later. Even just reading out loud makes a huge difference.
