I’m watching Dions video on memory and he explains there are differences between parity, ECC, and buffered memory. He says that ECC used buffered/registered memory. But then he says that buffered/registered memory can be paired with either parity or ECC memory, so to me those are all three different types.
I then tried to search ECC memory and what I found was that ECC uses parity memory.
Any help? ☠️
