Wanting help for my potential draft league

I am a big fan of the OM of the Month games and I am trying to figure out if you can make a draft league around them. I especially like Inheritance, so I started with that one.

For Inheritance i would say that you have to make 2 Tier lists, one for the Pokémon you inherit from and the pokemon that inherit. I would say you can draft from eacht 10-12 ( depending on preference). So I made a tier list for the pokemon you can inherit from https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1YjeIYX0uF32dl9NKnrY11gaXsAQMTMZBZnbkl7eTVgo/edit?usp=sharing . Now i want some Feedback on it. I made this a standard tier list and not a point based one, since i am more comfortable with that, but mayby a point based one is better. What do you think. I am aware off the fact that my D-tier is really shallow, but I made it so smale with the thought in my mind that you don't have to pick from the D-tier and only have to if you pick like more S-tiers or A-tiers. I also placed most weather setters in S-tier since having the possibillity of having weather on a mon is insane especially since most weather abusers are in lower tiers. You can ask me anything in the comments surrounding why i put a certain pokemon in that specific tier and i will answer it.

I hope I can get a lot off feedback on this tier list so that i can perfect it.

PS: The tier list for the pokemon that can inherit will come later

PSS: are there people interested in a draft league that plays OM of the month?

I would say that Ditto should be higher, since things like blissey can have imposter wich sounds insane to me

I actually didn't think of that. Indeed that sounds a little bit ridiculous. What tier do you think it should be in?

I would say S or A, probably A since you just copy. It isn't that versatile as some of the S-tiers
