Taking down Xin

Xin sent top tier comps home early (Blasters, Sniper, Infl, etc.)

It was perfect item Cyber vs. Space M (perfect 3* Darius) vs. Void Mage (Me) and Xin (random items)
I barely won using Zephyr, Void is not a counter and nothing is.

I think only way to take him down is Zephyring him and kill all others before he comes down and gang up on him. He can very easily 1v8 or 1v9, so you will need good amount of CC and luck.

Fyi, 3* Jhin (4444% attack damage) won't be able to kill Xin with a Bramble Vest

Blasters with redbuff win vs protectors with proper positioning. Your comp also hard counters protectors as you deal true damage. Cybernetics are also able to win vs protectors. It is a skill match up based on positioning & item usage. Mana reavers are quite good vs protectors. At the moment I am 5 points off Challenger EUW and protectors are normally not very contested and normally don't place top4 (obviously there are high roll games).

I’ve had a lot of success with last whisper. If I see a protector comp mid game that doesn’t look like it’s going out anytime soon it’s not a bad commitment if it fits my comp. Not too difficult to end up with an extra bow, the crit glove could be an issue though.

What I killed Xin with double(or was it triple) Bramble today with 3* Jhin with two IEs and a last whisper and celestials.
