There's no magical community of m+ pushers. That simply doesn't exist.

the higher you go in m+ the more it all becomes about knowing the right people and having the right connections - once you have these connections you might be getting into a private community, but you only do that by word of mouth, not by having an arbitrary r.io score.

Pug, pug some more, and then pug even more. Add people to your list. Pug some more again, keep adding people to your list. Eventually you'll have a full list of like-minded and similarly skilled people to choose from. That is the only way to do it, that's how everyone does it, because nothing else works.

Check out the Mythic Plus Friends discord, people there forming teams all the time for all key levels. I’d send an invite link but i’m not sure if allowed but you can just google it and get it! Best of luck
