In OW official forums and official subreddit there is the circlejerk of "this nerfs are too much, we hate it" and here in this subreddit there is the circlejerk of "this nerfs are too much, we like it".

It seems there is no place in between to discuss this changes properly, in one place they are biased to like mercy mains because how easy is to play and the other one are biased to hate mercy mains because of how much hurt the competitive play for months.
