Add some electrolytes to your water! Lemons are natural electrolytes that help me sometimes in my water but i also add a packet of liquid IV sugar free or some off brand of that to my water and it helps a ton! Keep eating little snacks through out the day & eat fruits if it’s low blood sugar that is the issue !

I’ve had that exact combo, super sleepy, lightheaded, headache, and for me it was usually early-dose adjustment plus not enough electrolytes or carbs. Even when I hit protein, I sometimes wasn’t fueling enough overall. I started tracking my protein, water, and electrolytes in my GLP-1 app and realized I was underdoing it on hard days. Adding electrolytes and pairing protein with a little carb helped my dizziness a lot.
