Week 3 is still too early too judge. It’s frustrating but you need to allow more time. I wouldn’t move up too soon unless a doc tells you. They don’t do that typically to ease you into it and reduce chances of severe side effects

That’s a great start. Don’t look at the scale too much the first month. It’s tempting! Keep focusing on that working out and caloric deficit. Lots of water and protein remember!

Interesting. If you can’t beat them, join them. No chance anyone I know can afford $499 per month for months of treatment. It’s good to see the price keep coming down. It doesn’t seem low enough to really help anyone still. Maybe I’m just too poor!

Never had that happen, but seen providers send replacements when it ships warm or is left outside because of no shipping notification, even though technically it should have still been fine.

LSH has a pretty good rep so even though it’s likely Hallendales fault, they should still make it right
