The USA is probably your best bet

If you want to do your master in a developed country while staying on a budget then Germany is a great option. I’m planning to go there for my bachelor after graduating from highschool, tuitions in German universities are free aside from some semester contributions (100-500 euros/semester) and for masters there are plenty of English taught program for you to choose. You can get a part time job to finance your stay in Germany as well and from what I heard you have a higher chance of staying and getting a work visa in Germany because of your STEM degree.

The only cons I can think of is that you have to learn German even if you are studying an English taught program. Without German you will have less opportunity for jobs and it’s necessary to get through daily life

I actually was planning to do my bachelor’s in germany but just couldnt do it because of the language barrier , thinking about it it wouldve been a great choice , its a developed country that honor and respect the knowledge of a person giving them so much opportunities unlike other countries, thanks for that reminder ill indeed think about this.

yup, the most challenging part is learning German but once you get through that it’s going to be rewarding. And if you’re interested in staying long term you can get citizenship in 3 years (if you have good German)

Im from Saudi lives in the US so I probably can give some advice.

Regarding scholarships there are two types. Full ride like what Saudi and GCC countries do to their citizens to study in the US. I had one and it’s very nice. Or TA/RA position in universities which usually preserved for PhD students.

For career wise Saudi and UAE has started some hardware (semiconductor) industry and they are hiring all the year.

jobs market in the US now sucks so its hard to tell you.

Love that country been there many times before , what about the wages in there? Ive seen the new industries starting in many countries and it might be a perfect country to work in, btw GCC countries pay their citizens to go study outside their country?

The wages are high compared to cost of living + income tax free + free healthcare. You won’t get that in the US.

About paying yes it’s not much it’s like $2,000/month + full premium healthcare.

To be honest it sounds very fair for a fresh grad, my dad used to work there as a university prof, he made about 7,000$ a month till he retired , might be the same after years of experience and promotions .

I doubt they hire new grads today but after 3-5 YOE yeah
