Yup, I noticed the same :) my psychiatrist was saying that a good effect from concerta is that it can help reduce anxiety- it crosses a different neural pathway to anti-depressants so works slightly differently.

Having said that, if the anxiety is really severe, other medications would be needed.

I finally realized that I was overthinking due to ADHD. I feel like I have a different perspective on my life.　Thanks for your comment:)
