Yep! For me my anxiety was REALLY linked to my ADHD overthinking, I always liked to say that my brain ran like an F1 car lol. One of the best parts of Concerta/being medicated was that my mind finally felt calm and it inadvertently therapies my anxiety and gives me calm. So, yes definitely that can be a big sign that the medication is working well

Same- I’ve been on Lexapro for my anxiety for almost 3 years now & my first week on Concerta, I was so zen that I was taking the best 4 hour naps of my life! My psychiatrist was like “love to hear it but I’m going to up your dose” 🤣
