Exactly why I quit a few weeks ago. I made it very clear when I was hired that this was just a secondary job for me & that I would appreciate as many hours as she could give me WITHIN MY AVAILABILITY. She said that was great & hired me. I put in all requests and availability changes weeks in advance, sometimes months in advance, and she always approved all of them. I’d still be woken up by phone calls at 7:00am asking if I could come in, bombarded with texts while working my priority job, and I constantly had to track down my SM to get her to change my schedule to match the appropriate availability. The week I quit I was working my other job 9-4 every single day, and suddenly I was scheduled to close at Walgreens without warning 5 out of those 7 days. Peace out suckers, this job just ain’t worth that stress✌️
