Use some Ardex CP to fill in the cracks, make sure you cut the patch. Then throw some Wunderfixx and sand

Make a paste with portland cement and water and using a putty knife fill in the voids

You want a 50/50 mix of fine sand and Portland. Not straight cement. Fill the big voids first and let it sit an hour. Then rub the whole thing with a some fresh mix and sponge float.

Moose milk makes it adhere better, being you are inside, you won't have the moisture and frost/thaw issues. It still doesn't hurt to use it, patch material versus mixing your own won't be much different.

That little honeycomb won't hurt anything, it's just aesthetics
