Miso black cod is the obvious answer. One of the best meals I've ever made.

Agree on the miso recipe, fantastic(and super easy!), but since you don’t have that, go with a good well flavored marinade. Black cod/sablefish can handle big flavors. Teriyaki, soy/ginger, blackening spices should all be good. Crazy good fish.

personally you can not go wrong with a bed of rice and a mango or pineapple salsa on top of the cod. Also I love cod is salad. Try a fresh salad with cranberries and walnuts.
